Sony is about to roll the new major firmware update for its Sony SmartWatch 2 accessory. The update, which has the build number of 1.0.B.4.80, is a major firmware jump from the current version (1.0.B.3.36) has showcased with the playable preview unit.
The watch update includes new watchfaces which can show you information about what's going on in your phone or watch, such as battery indicator, the current weather, a pedometer, the last notification received and what notification will be coming in the future.
Other new features including a scrollable drop-down notification menu, the ability to choose which app you want to receive notification from, new change wallpaper option and change which app are shown on the home screen, and more.
The update is not available yet right now, but we'll keep you informed as soon as the update rolls out for the accessory.
