Yes, it's here. Finally Xperia SP users can enjoy the new Android 4.3 that's just rolled out a few hours ago with build number 12.1.A.0.266. The new firmware will bring UI optimizements from Android 4.3, white background theme, new Sony Smart Camera apps (not pre-installed), new Xperia home launcher with downloadable themes via Xperia Themes, as well as new Sony Media apps and new app versions, and it should bring bug-fixing from previous build too.
However, the official Sony Xperia blog doesn't publish the news about this update (at least for now), and the Xperia SP's software update page still has the old firmware from Android 4.1 on it, but Sony has answering the questions from its customers saying the update has rolled out in some countries. Sony has confirmed it on T too, although there are no Xperia T users reporting they're receiving 4.3 update.
