Sony Xperia Z2 to came with Z2 Ultra and Tablet Z2, but the leaker is not sure

One of the known-leaker GadgetLeaks has confirmed if there was the device named Xperia Z2 Ultra (Canopus?) announced at MWC, alongside the Xperia Z2 and Xperia Tablet Z2.

Expect an Xperia Z2 Ultra and Xperia Z2 alongside Xperia Tablet Z2.

But then he was not sure that the Z2 Ultra wasn't announced alongside MWC, unfortunately the tweet was deleted at the time of this post.

And then he is sure again that the Z2 Ultra is real, just he wasn't sure that Z2 Ultra device is going to be announced in MWC.

Deleted previous tweets, actually pretty sure Z2 Ultra exists now. Not sure on release date though but should be fairly soon.
