The review video of the Xperia Z2 or Sony D6503 has been uploaded by a YouTube user Rimas Flyil. The duration is at a lengthy 12 minutes and shows some native Xperia features that will be included in the KitKat, like What's New, new Sony live wallpaper, new start-up screen, and more. The phone displayed in this video has a slimmer bezel too, and reserves a better viewing angle from older Xperia flagships. Also seen 15 megapixel camera and 4K video support too.
Keep in mind that the firmware running on the phone (in the video) is not the final one, so things may looked a bit un-smooth.
