Sony has announce the new Xperia Transfer Mobile app. The app lets you transfer content from your old phone (Android 4.0 and above; iOS 4 and above) to your new phone (Android 4.3 and above).
The data transferred to your new Xperia device such as contacts, calendar, SMS entries, notes, photos/videos, music, bookmarks, and apps (only iPhone supports app transferring for now).
How does it work? Just install the app to your both old and new phone (the app supports Android 4.0 and up), then pair using an Xperia Transfer cable, pin code or NFC. If you've connected both devices together then you can decide what to transfer from old phone to your new phone.
